## Why does ChainHealth exist?

The health-related apps industry increasingly integrates digital and WEB 3 solutions, but critical challenges remain.

* **Fragmentation**: Health data is scattered across countless apps, wearables, and platforms, making it nearly impossible to create a unified and accurate health profile. Without seamless integration, both individuals and healthcare providers struggle to make informed decisions.
* **Engagement & Retention**: Many blockchain-based health solutions fail to sustain user interest, leading to abandoned platforms and underutilized data. Without an engaging and rewarding system, long-term participation remains a challenge.
